Scott R. Kregel, CPA, MST After a decade of work experience in public accounting, Scott spent several years as the Director of Finance and Operations for a non-profit organization. During that time, he continued to service a select group of customers on his own. He couldn't shake the entrepreneurial bug and made the leap to starting Kregel & Company CPA in July 2009. He can relate first-hand to the joys and challenges of being a small business owner. Scott takes pride in supporting his customers' business interests and focusing on business tax planning. Forefront in his mind is making connections between business and personal goals of the owners. Scott is committed to his faith. Giving back through service, our firm is able to impact the local community. You can often find him within a 10 mile radius of the office on foot, training for the next marathon. He enjoys spending time with his three children, reading, and dreaming up his next great idea.

Marybeth Hufnagel, CPA

After obtaining her Accounting degree, Marybeth started her career working for a well-known Public Accounting firm in the Metro-New York area. After soaking up the city life, Marybeth moved back to her hometown of Harleysville, PA where she then worked for 6 years for a large Life Insurance Company working in the Internal Audit department. Marybeth brings a well-rounded knowledge of accounting principles and best practices. She takes pride in working with each of her customers, so they can each focus on what they do best.
When Marybeth is not in the office, she is trying to keep up with her 1 year old daughter and spending time with family and friends. The summer months are what she enjoys best, where you can find her camping and spending time at the pool and beach.

Danielle E. Reasoner

Danielle is a recent graduate from Shippensburg University. Currently, she is working on obtaining her CPA Certification and will pursue a JD/LLM in Taxation. She brings a technological edge to the firm, as well as an enthusiasm for tax law and research. She focuses her energy on tax preparation, tax planning and understanding the unique needs of our customers. Running, swimming and sailboat racing consume her free time, so catch her if you can!


Amy Kregel, EdS

Fifteen years of experience in the education field have prepared Amy for the organization, marketing and tax processing aspects of our firm. She manages the paperless solutions of the company one scan at a time. She juggles her part time hours with her three children, crafting, and spinning classes. Oh, and she happens to be married to the boss.


Jim Landt

A Drexel University graduate with over 30 years experience in chemical engineering & project management, Jim brings a wealth of software and international knowledge to our company. His acute attention to detail ensures that customer issues will be thoroughly researched. When he's not in the office, you will find him camping, playing the euphonium in the church orchestra or routing for Philly sports teams.
