With a BS in art and a minor in communications and journalism, she brings a thoughtful, communication-driven approach to everything she does. By managing billing and finances, IT, customer support, and more, she helps our team operate more efficiently and make an exponentially greater impact.
As a Karbon Certified Expert, Kim plays a key role in streamlining our internal processes and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Over the years, she has especially enjoyed watching our customers grow their businesses while she helps bring clarity and structure to their experience. She loves the variety of working with people across different industries, backgrounds, and locations. For Kim, the most rewarding part is seeing things start to “click” — when customers gain confidence and clarity in their taxes and accounting.
Outside of work, Kim has built an impressive collection of pizza cookbooks and shark teeth (yes, really). She’s a woman of many talents: from cooking and beach-combing to DIY projects, hiking, paddleboarding, and thrifting. Kim is proof that multitasking isn’t just a skill, it’s an art form.
