Paving the Way for More Payout and Peace of Mind
Exiting your business is one of the most important financial events of your life. Planning ahead makes all the difference.
A sale or succession brings up so many questions: what steps to follow, tax implications, documentation, how to minimize disruption for staff, and more. Mistakes can impact proceeds, timelines, and even relationships. These decisions require both the head and the heart – and Kregel & Co supports both.
Led by Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) Scott Kregel, our team helps you not only maximize the value of your company and minimize taxes when selling a business, but also protect your people and your legacy. We provide big-picture guidance and manage the small details so you can enter your next chapter with clarity, calm, and confidence.
